With major challenges like fintech implementation and integration, globalization, new regulations and other industry innovations, financial services employers are saying they need skilled people with computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics and econometrics training now more than ever.

After talking to alumni and employers, D'Amore-McKim faculty uncovered ways to reshape the Full-Time MBA experience so graduates are even more prepared for the future of work. The outcome includes more time for business and non-business electives and more concentrations and experiential learning options.

The D'Amore-McKim School of Business recently inducted 147 graduate students into Beta Gamma Sigma, an esteemed honor society reserved for the top 20 percent of a graduating business master's class.
