Kate has served as the Associate Dean since 2005 overseeing the graduate portfolio at the D’Amore-McKim School. The School offers a variety of Master level programs including a Full-time MBA, Part-time MBA, Online MBA as well as a variety of specialty master's degree and graduate certificate programs. Kate is a member of the D’Amore-McKim leadership team and also sits on the Graduate Programs and Assessment Committee within the School and the Graduate Dean’s Council for the University.Kate has been the primary representative to the Graduate Management Admissions Council (GMAC) throughout her career in higher education. She recently served as the Vice Chair of GMAC Board of Directors. Kate is also a member of the Board of the MBA Roundtable, and The Washington Campus.

Prior to her current role at Northeastern Kate was the Dean of Graduate Admission at Babson College
