As program and relationship manager, Jessica’s primary goal is to help Online MBA students succeed. Jessica maintains ownership over a portfolio of corporate learning projects, oversees program development, and serves as the main point of contact between Northeastern and its partners. Jessica ensures the appropriate level of quality assurance over project deliverables and maintains accountability for various aspects of the program's success. Previously, Jessica worked as success manager focused on ensuring student and programmatic success of the Online MBA program.

Prior to coming to Northeastern University, Jessica worked for Cielo Talent Solutions, managing the pre-employment processes for multiple companies across the United States. She spent the previous decade in higher education helping students successfully navigate their academic journey through roles in residential life, the Registrar's Office, and career services.
