Hua Dong serves as Senior Academic Specialist in Chinese and Coordinator of the Chinese Program. She teaches courses on Chinese language and culture and has also developed and led Chinese language Dialogue of Civilizations in China. Prior to coming to Northeastern University, Dong was an associate producer and producer of several films about modern and contemporary Chinese history and culture.
