As Assistant Director for Strategic Initiatives, Rosy works within the D'Amore-McKim School of Business to establish and execute the strategic direction for the Center for Technology Management and Digital Leadership. The Center’s focus is to create agile executives ready to make an immediate impact in business by incorporating bleeding-edge technologies.

Rosy, along with the team at the Center, ensures that the leaders of tomorrow are connected to some of the world’s most successful technology leaders of today through the MS x: Strategic Technology Leadership program. This is made possible through the Center’s mentor program, which is deeply ingrained in the Center’s culture and events.

Rosy Trovato brings over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing with an international machining company. Since 2017, she has been employed at Northeastern University, serving in various capacities before joining the center in 2023. Since 2020 she is leading the Boston Italian Women, a group of over 900 Italian women living in the area and represents Italian expats in New England with the Italian Consulate in Boston.
