Jim Madigan, DMSB'86, Northeastern men's hockey coach, reflects on recognizing early on the potential of Jamie Oleksiak, a Northeastern hockey star who graduated to the NHL Stanley Cup Final, in the player's first year at Northeastern.

After saying goodbye to her life in New York City, Vallabhi Singh, DMSB '17, started her own company, which explores the intersection of creativity, entrepreneurship, humanity, and technology.

D'Amore-McKim students and alumni join an extension of the university's Women Who Empower initiative as ambassadors. They are among a select group who share a commitment to advancing women and creating opportunities for learning, offering inspiration, and fostering community, particularly for women who have entrepreneurial aspirations at Northeastern.

“The only two people hired at EY in the Boston office in January were me and one of my MS in Accounting classmates. I think that's a real testament to the program.”

D'Amore-McKim alum and member of Northeastern's Young Global Leaders program, Emilio Botin, DMSB'18, was one of the moderators in an online discussion led by Joseph E. Aoun, president of Northeastern, on the pandemic aftermath in the Latin American economy.

D'Amore-McKim alum Debra Roberts, MBA'01, is the first Black person to be elected as a selectperson in Stoughton, Massachusetts, a town 20 miles south of Boston.
