Aguilera's research, teaching, and service efforts connected to International Business and Strategy are significant and have attracted worldwide acclaim. She is a Fellow of the Academy of International Business (AIB), the Strategic Management Society (SMS), and the Academy of Management (AOM).

Gloria Barczak
Barczak earned an Emeritus title in 2019 after 29 years with the university. Her research focused on new product development, marketing, management, process, and commercialization. She interconnected organizational structure, public relations, and knowledge management while investigating issues within new product development.

Paula Caligiuri
Caligiuri is a work psychologist dedicated to helping companies, business teams, and executives become effective in today's complex global environment. Alvaro Cuervo-Cazurra

Cynthia Lee

Jay Mulki
Mulki's primary research interests are in the areas of business ethics, services marketing, personal selling, and sales management. Mulki has taught undergraduate classes in International Marketing and Introduction to Marketing and graduate classes in International Marketing, Services Marketing, B2B Selling, and Marketing Strategy.

Anand Nair
Nair's research, teaching, and service efforts in supply chain and operations management are significant and have earned global recognition. He is a Fellow of the Decision Sciences Institute (DSI) and an award-winning scholar in the fields of supply chain strategy and innovation.

Koen Pauwels
Pauwels is best known for his work on the long-term effectiveness of company actions in driving key performance indicators, such as customer journey metrics and, ultimately, sales, profit, and stock market performance. He has published over 70 articles on marketing effectiveness, which managers and academics have lauded.

Sheila Puffer
Puffer's research and teaching focus on international business and sustainability. Her publications on Russia, the former Soviet Union, and other emerging markets have addressed many topics, including leadership, strategy, entrepreneurship, corporate governance, informal networks, ethics, and migration.

Joseph Raelin
Raelin is internationally renowned for his co-development of a number of fields in the domain of management, in particular, the current co-creation of the emerging movement in leadership known as “leadership-as-practice.”

Nada Sanders

Arnold Wright
