The D'Amore-McKim School of Business and Dunton Family Dean Raj Echambadi are pleased to announce two new co-chairs for the D'Amore-McKim Board of Visitors. Dolph Johnson, EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer of Hasbro, Inc., and Roxanne Martinez, EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer of Dentaquest. Johnson and Martinez are assuming the co-chair position from Don Ralph, who after eight years of thoughtful and impactful leadership as Chair, has decided to step down from the position and will assume the title of Chair Emeritus.

Johnson and Martinez bring many years of experience to the Board and are committed to reinvigorating the Board's engagement around co-op, philanthropy, and business and digital transformation. Their dedication to D'Amore-McKim is evident, and they will provide strong partnership in executing Dean Echambadi's vision for the school.

Johnson has served at Hasbro for over 20 years, including positions in global human resources, organizational and leadership development, employee relations, performance management, and human resources information systems. Prior to Hasbro, he held positions at Frito Lay and Ecolab. In addition to his service on the Board of Visitors, Johnson also sits on a variety of nonprofit boards in the Rhode Island area. He holds a PhD in organizational psychology from Old Dominion University and a BA and MA in psychology from James Madison University. He is a current Northeastern parent.

Martinez joined Dentaquest in 2019 after serving in human resources leadership positions in a variety of business lines at Liberty Mutual. Her previous work experience includes terms at State Street, EMD Serono, Allaire/Macromedia, and American Management Systems. She has been named one of the 50 Most Powerful Latinas in the United States by Fortune Magazine and the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA) and a Leading Latina in the U.S. by Hispanic Executive Magazine. She holds a JD from the University of Denver College of Law and a BA in politics from Brandeis University.

The D'Amore-McKim School of Business Board of Visitors is comprised of business leaders in all sectors and serves as a vital link between D'Amore-McKim and the business community. Its purpose is to help shape the school's strategic goals; build and strengthen the school's relationships and visibility within the business community; and provide support for the school's undergraduate, graduate, and executive programs.
