Post a job

At Northeastern University's D'Amore-McKim School of Business, our graduate students are prepared to make an impact from day one. Whether you're hiring for a full-time role or seeking short-term support, our graduate students bring the skills, mindset, and energy to help move your business forward.

Full-time talent that's ready now

Our top priority is helping you connect with soon-to-be graduates and recent alumni who are ready to contribute. With hands-on experience and rigorous coursework, they've already proven their ability to solve real business challenges. Many have completed corporate residencies or graduate co-ops, giving you a chance to assess their fit before making a long-term hire.

Flexible, high-impact, short-term engagements

If you're not ready to hire full-time, we offer several ways to tap into our graduate talent.

Post a job

Leverage the powerful NUworks to connect with our talented graduate students and alumni and enrich your talent pipeline.

NUworks connects you to job-seeking graduate students and D'Amore-McKim School of Business alumni looking for open full-time positions. Many of our graduate students are also interested in opportunities for intensive corporate residencies and short-term graduate co-op projects.

Step 1

Post open opportunities for full-time jobs, corporate residencies, and graduate co-ops

Step 2

Filter applicants instantly to meet your criteria

Step 3

Monitor the status of open postings, including deadlines and the number of applicants

Option 1: Post directly on NUworks
  1. Create or access your account
    • New Employers: Register on the Northeastern Employer Channel. Ensure your company's information matches your website and use an official corporate email domain; free domains (e.g., Gmail) are not approved.
    • Returning Employers: If you have posted a job in the past, your account is migrated and you can log in directly using your credentials.
  2. Submit the job posting
    • Log into your NUworks dashboard and click on Create a Job Posting in the right-hand sidebar.
    • Fill out the required fields (job title, duties, location, requirements). You can reuse/repost descriptions from previous terms if hiring for a recurring role.
    • Select your primary Northeastern contact from the Graduate Career Center
  3. University Review & Approval
    • Your job will be reviewed by the Graduate Career Center to verify its legitimacy and compliance with best practices.
    • The university automatically denies organizations that require students to pay fees for employment, are flagged for complaints, or have unverified identities.
  4. Manage Candidates & Interviews
    • Once approved, the job goes live to students.
    • You can manage resumes, filter candidates, and use NUworks to schedule on-campus or virtual interviews.
    • You can also leverage NUworks to register for campus recruiting events, such as Career Fairs, Coffee Chats, or Information Sessions.
Option 2: Send job description to Graduate Career Center
