She has also worked as marketing manager for ClubMom, Incorporated. Prior to joining the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, Baskerville was an instructor at Tulane University where she taught undergraduate business classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Services to the Profession<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Baskerville is a member of several professional organizations, including Academy of Management, American Psychological Association, and Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Awards &amp; Recognition<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2007 INFORMS Organization Science Dissertation Competition Finalist<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2007-2008 Murphy Center for Ethics and Public Affairs Graduate Fellowship, Competitive fellowship in support of dissertation research.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2006 NASA Grant ($184,000) to empirically analyze the sustainability of two shuttle program locations in the Gulf Coast region after Hurricane Katrina (Research Team: Anari, A., Boswell, W., Umphress, E.
