In this talk, Indra Nooyi, member of Amazon's Board of Directors and former CEO of PepsiCo, discussed her management philosophy and insights on the future of the corporation.
Born and raised in India, Nooyi became CEO of an iconic American firm, PepsiCo, at a time when only two percent of large U.S. companies were led by women. Using the management philosophy she calls Performance with Purpose, Nooyi reshaped PepsiCo's products, HR policies, and strategy in emerging markets to deliver excellent long-term results for all stakeholders, including shareholders.
