Speakers

Mary McNamara

Mary McNamara joined the D'Amore-McKim School of Business in July 2020 and leads recruitment and admissions efforts for a portfolio of graduate business programs after serving on the MBA admissions committee at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. She is a co-chair of the McCarthy(s) Venture Mentoring Network at Northeastern, a Professional Advisor at the MIT Trust Center for Entrepreneurship, and a Coach for Leadership and Teamwork at Babson. Mary is also pursuing her EdD in Organizational Leadership. Her dissertation examines how mentors support entrepreneurs' well-being while leading a venture.

An angel investor and portfolio manager for over two decades, Mary is Managing Director of Angel Healthcare Investors and was a founding member of the Angel Capital Association. Previously, she was COO of an early-stage digital health company and a marketing VP with Fidelity Investments. In her early career, Mary held marketing and technology roles in software development at John Hancock, NYNEX, Computer Sciences Corporation, and Bankers Trust Company.
