Sarah Kupec, Associate Director, Graduate Career Center

As Associate Director of the D'Amore-McKim Graduate Career Center, Sarah serves as a representative for students to the university's employer partners. She connects with employers to coordinate corporate residencies, full-time positions, events, and more. Her efforts to build relationships with employers allow students to pursue their professional goals and apply what they learn in the classroom to a business setting.

Sarah was drawn to Northeastern by the students' profound interest and understanding of the ever-changing and evolving world of work. She finds students to be thoughtful and creative in their approach to solving business problems and understand the importance of data and technology.

Sarah began her career in higher education as an assistant director of The Assumption Fund at Assumption University in 2015. She served in that position for three years, and in 2019 she became an experiential learning coordinator for the Grenon School of Business at Assumption University. Prior to coming to Northeastern, Sarah also held roles in client relations at Finivi, CORE Higher Education Group, and Acquia.
