During this event, you'll meet some of the faculty and admissions members at D'Amore-McKim that will be an important part of your journey in the program, and learn more about what you can expect as a Northeastern student. You'll also have the opportunity to engage with current Full-Time MBA students and alumni and ask them anything you would like to know.

Participants in this virtual info session will:

  • Hear from Kate Klepper, Associate Dean of Graduate Admissions on how the university has redesigned our Full-time MBA program to prepare you for the future of work
  • Learn about the many resources available to full-time students including career services and student advising
  • Connect with fellow Full-Time MBA students and ask them any questions you'd like to know


Kate Klepper

Kate Klepper has served as the Associate Dean since 2005 overseeing the graduate portfolio at the D'Amore-McKim School. The School offers a variety of Master level programs including a Full-time MBA, Part-time MBA, Online MBA as well as a variety of specialty MBA and Master Degree and Graduate Certificate programs. Kate is a member of the D'Amore-McKim leadership team and also sits on the Graduate Programs and Assessment Committee within the School and the Graduate Dean's Council for the University. She has been the primary representative to the Graduate Management Admissions Council (GMAC) throughout her career in higher education. She is currently serving as the Vice Chair of GMAC Board of Directors. Kate is also a member of the Board of the MBA Roundtable, and The Washington Campus. Prior to her current role at Northeastern Kate was the Dean of Graduate Admission at Babson College.

Lauren Fallon

Lauren Fallon is the is the academic advisor for the Full-Time MBA, MSF/MBA, and JD/MBA students. In this role, she orients new students, manages course registration, monitors academic progress, and provides support resources. She also hosts a variety of community-building events for her students, program faculty, and fellow staff members.

Cathy Merlo is the MBA Career Planning Program Manager for the Graduate Career Center.

Alexandra Munroe is the Associate Director of Recruitment and Admissions for the Full-Time MBA program.
