  • Part 1 (6:00 – 7:00 pm) Faculty and staff are invited to Enna's keynote address: Building an Inclusive Workplace. Following the presentation there will be an open forum Q+A session.  
  • Part 2 (7:00 – 8:00 pm) Graduate students and alumni from D'Amore-McKim's Graduate Programs are invited to an open networking session to connect and build lasting relationships with their colleagues.

Speaker

Enna Jimenez is an award-winning change champion with over 30 years of experience and expertise in leadership, technology, and transformation management. Enna has a passion for diversity and inclusion, community organizing, and talent engagement. She was featured in Hispanic Executive magazine as a “Leading Latina” in March of 2021. In the same month, she received the Emerging Leader in Technology and Engineering Award from NSBE Professionals. In 2019, Enna was selected by the National Diversity Council as one of the National Latino Leader Award Recipients. Enna was appointed by Gov. Baker to the Latino Advisory Commission for the State of Massachusetts and is a Past President of the Association of Latino Professionals for America Boston Chapter.  

Currently, Enna is the Head of Quality Assurance and Senior Director at IDEMIA. She has previously held executive roles at Eastern Bank, Kronos, and Wellington Management.
