Meet Fernando:

Portrait of Fernando Antonioli

Fernando Antonioli is an Associate Director of Data Analytics and Operations. He manages data analytics and reporting initiatives for D'Amore-McKim graduate programs. He delivers graduate business enrollment and outcome analytics to better understand the graduate experience and provides insight into enrollment funnel, graduation metrics, and post-graduation employment success.

Previously, Fernando held the Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions role, recruiting students for D'Amore-McKim's MS in Management and the portfolio of graduate certificate programs. As a member of the Admissions Committee, he reviewed applications and interviewed applicants.

Before joining the D'Amore-McKim team, Fernando worked in admissions, where he interviewed and recruited domestic and international students. He served as an Admissions Advisor at IE Business School and as an Admissions Assistant with Boston-based company Shorelight where he focused on the Latin American region.

He is originally from Caracas, Venezuela, where he worked in corporate finance.
