Kate Klepper has served as the Associate Dean since 2005 overseeing the graduate portfolio at the D'Amore-McKim School. She is a member of the D'Amore-McKim leadership team and also sits on the Graduate Programs and Assessment Committee within the School and the Graduate Dean's Council for the University. She has been the primary representative to the Graduate Management Admissions Council (GMAC) throughout her career in higher education.
She is currently serving as the Vice Chair of GMAC Board of Directors. Kate is also a member of the Board of the MBA Roundtable, and The Washington Campus. Prior to her current role at Northeastern Kate was the Dean of Graduate Admission at Babson College.

Gail Justino-Miller is the Assistant Dean and Director of Programs and Student Services. She oversees student services and academic advising. She focuses on driving efforts that help students connect with each other and develop their networks on campus through community-building events. She is the liaison to the faculty for students and the Graduate Programs team.
Prior to coming to Northeastern University, Gail held a similar role at Boston University as a director of graduate programs for seven years. Before that, she served as an associate director of undergraduate programs. Before focusing on student services, Gail had a broad background in higher education, having held higher education administration roles at Boston College, Simmons College, Babson College, and Syracuse University.
