Policymakers, CEOs, and experts on the opportunities and challenges of doing business in Africa discussed the rapidly growing economies, global partnerships, and technological progress throughout Africa's 54 countries.

Professor Jonathan Greenacre discussed the bridge institutions in Africa and how they provide micro-solar energy, clean drinking water, and other services to remote communities in Africa.

The 4th annual Northeastern Global Summit was on the topic of “African Ingenuity: Infrastructure & Beyond: The rapidly changing affairs that affect the development of the African continent.” This topic had a special focus on Sub-Saharan Africa.
