By law, incoming Northeastern University students must provide certain health history information before arriving on campus. Please submit the University Health Report through your Student Hub.
Massachusetts law requires that every student enrolled in a campus-based certificate, diploma, or degree-granting program participate in their school's student health program or a health benefit plan with comparable coverage. You'll automatically be enrolled in the Northeastern University Student Health Plan (NUSHP), which you can waive if you have comparable US-based coverage.
If you're an international student pursuing an F-1 visa, you'll need an I-20 form to proceed with the visa process. To file your I-20, please visit your application portal for instructions. You can begin this process once you have claimed your Northeastern account.
